copied from mine because my searches weren't bringing this up: The facial recognition models often group multiple people under the same face, especially when the face is new (new angles, blurriness etc). When merging these new faces with existing named faces, I can sort for faces that are most similar to the current face. However, I can only see the thumbnail to these faces, but I would like to be able to inspect the photos inside to ensure that they all actually belong to the face I'm attempting to add them to. One way to handle this might be an intermediary step that looks something like this:

I could very much like to see this as well. Just a way to open the "face to merge" into a separate tab to inspect it would be enough already for me. I have a lot of faces, I cannot find these faces manually in the people overview and since merging cannot be reverted, I am a little wary of merging without checking the pictures I am actually merging into the same person. |

In the view to merge people, I currently have to guess wether it's the same person based on the preview picture of the person alone. It would be great to be able to view other pictures of the person to make sure they are the same.
