[Feature] 24-hour timestamps on mobile

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The mobile app (Android in my case) currently does not appear to have the option to display asset timestamps in a 24-hour format.

In the web version, the Default Locale setting takes care of this, but there's no similar option on mobile afaik. It also does not seem to matter which language the app is set to. Ideally, I would want language and date/time formats separate anyway, since I use English on my devices but still prefer 24-hour time.
