[Feature] Add confirm dialog to delete button in app

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to have a confirmation dialog when I delete a photo or video in the app. I go through my photos quickly and often make mistakes. Even if I then reject the solution in the iCloud, the photo is still deleted in Immich and I have to restore it manually from the trash.

I would therefore suggest the following:

1. general confirmation dialog when you click “Delete”.
2. do not delete the photo from Immich if the iCloud deletion has been rejected (or have the “Immich only” deletion confirmed with a dialog)
