Linking Immich with wordpress or website pages

I have an idea in mind where by I give people viewing my albums the option to know more about an image. That "more" could for example by part of a family info "This is aunt Betty, she was my mother's sister. She like to go to bingo and was a good singer" or it could be something like a full review of a holiday or perhaps another event.

My idea is to make these pages in WordPress and add the link to them in the "info" section of the photo using a tag.

Problem is I'm ok with WordPress I've been using it for years but I don't know where to start hacking at Immich or even if this is possible. I like immich but it's not ideal for me at the moment. So this is a sort of step in to see if I can make it the way I want it.

In the info panel there is a description where you can put text.

I know that but I want to put far more text on some that would be practicable and linking to a website gives far more scope for linking back to the album. For example I could write something like on a webpage "this is aunt in Florida, she also went to Kenya and here are the images from that trip"
