[Feature] Add Fastlane app metadata to Weblate

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The Fastlane app metadata description also needs to be translated, especially for F-Droid because it doesn't offer an auto-translation.

So please go to the https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/immich/
On left click on plus Add new translation component.

• Name: metadata
• Version control system: "Git" or "GitHub pull request"
• Source code repository: use weblate://immich/immich
• Optional Key filter: ^(?!changelogs/.*$).+$ to exclude changelog from translation
• Press Continue

Once created go to the component's Settings / Version Control and change "Merge style" to "Merge"

This is a duplicate of your previous FR (#9257) - the specific translation platform doesn't really make a difference.

Friendly remind on this. The app strings are also in the locked state (probably needs for a manual merge)
