[Feature] Double Tap to skip 5-10 Seconds in Videos

Hey,

today I watched a video with my family about my wedding and the video is about 3 hours long. There were some parts that I wanted to skip but because the video was so long it was hard to skip just a small amount and I often accidently skipped 2-3 minutes.

I would really like if its possible to skip 5 to 10 seconds via double tapping like on youtube videos or some other form that is easier to use than the bar at the bottom.
