[Feature] per user storage template

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to set a storage template for a specific user, because the user would sometimes navigate his library through a samba share and prefer to have directory organized per immich album name variable.
For other users I would like to leave the default template.
Hope this can be implemented, thank you for the awesome application

I don't think we want to do this, it would make the storage template system a fair bit more complex for a pretty niche use case.
