[Feature] Increase shared album Editor permissions

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In its current shape and form, an Editor of a shared album cannot remove a photo from said album if they are not the owner of it.
It would be useful to allow for Editors to remove photos in a shared album, even if they don't own the photo itself.
