[Feature] Mobile app download options

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When download an image or video it syncs withs mobile devices own photo store for my case I have Iphone when I download image it downloads to photos app. I want to have toggle in settings to disable this sync so when I download in the app it should only exist with in the app.
