[Feature] Hover over a photo and use Altgr or other key: Full-screen photo preview

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Back in the google picasa days this was one of my most used shortcuts. While scrolling through endless (similar) fotos you just had to hover with your mouse over a picture, press Altgr and immediately you saw the fullscreen version which disappeared after realeasing Altgr. Especially now on 4k screens this would be a nice feature.
