[Feature] Allow selection of multiple images to move to Locked Folder

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I'm already a big fan of the Locked Folder functionality. I'd love for it to be extended to allow for the selection of multiple images and having them moved to the Locked Folder in one action instead of having to open each individual image, click the 3-dot menu, select "Move to Locked Folder," and then acknowledge the dialog that "yes, I'm sure I want to do that." I know this would require some changes to the Web and Mobile platforms; depending on how it is implemented, it may or may not require changes to the Server platform, so I've selected all 3 platforms for the change to apply to.
