Drag and Drop in Locked folder doesn't wrok perfectly

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Drag and dropped assets in locked folder (web interface) are uploaded but not shown in the locked folder, unless the uploaded image is opened and "Add to locked folder" option is used.

Reproduction steps

1. Setup locked folder on web
2. Drag and drop some image or video to locked folder using web interface
3. Once uploaded, it asks you to reload the page, but upon reload the added asset doesn't show up.
4. Reupload the asset, it will show that the same image is already uploaded, hit to "Goto" button (the reference to the uploaded asset which doesn't show up)
5. You can see your asset.
6. Click on menu option "Add to Locked Folder" for that uploaded image.
7. Asset now shows up in locked folder!

Nevermind, the interface was not for Locked Folder upload, but for general upload. So the upload is working perfectly fine, but it would be better if when locked folder screen is open, then assets move to Locked folder instead of general upload.
