[Feature] few Quality Of Life improvements for Face Detection / Recognition / Management

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

• zoom out a little on the main photo
  • currently the thumbnails for each person are very zoomed in, you can barely see what hair colour a persons has
  • compare to how you-know-which-app shows us these, there you can see whole face , with hair, with neck, not just eyes and mouth
• When merging people there is an option to sort via most common and similar. Every time user opens merging page it sorts by most common despite what how it was sorted previously
  • remember selected sorting
• Let us prevent detecting too-small-faces
  • Let's say a model detects a face
  • check if that face is reasonably big
  • if not - ignore that face, or do not allow to group this face
    • Even I cannot recognize these people, most often those are some unknown-background-somebody and I see no reason to include such small faces.
