[Feature] drag-and-drop photo from web interface

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

when i'm using google photos in web version (windows pc) i can drag a photo and drop it in another application like WhatsApp.

It will be very good if a can do the same in immich
