[Feature] Keyboard shortcuts for tagging

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently there are shortcuts available for bringing up the information tab ('i'), as well as for opening to an album ('l'). Additionally it would be great e.g. 't' would bring up the tagging dialogue.
