[Feature] IOS/Mobile 120 FPS Scrolling Support

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Native scrolling on mobile devices that support greater that 60 fps refresh rates appear jerky on screen. Unknow if this is bug but if not it would be great for the mobile app to support scrolling at native screen refresh rate. If phone is on battery saver then refresh rate would drop to what the phone changed it to (60, 30) etc.
