[Export and Import] Export and Import supporting meta data

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Both the export and import function are lacking essential functions.

Import:

• the user has to fiddle around using a CLI Tool which is complicated to use if he wants to import sidecar files.
• the upload only supports files but not folders which could contain sidecar files.

improvement: support an upload within the web that supports the upload of folders and process sidecar files within those folders.

Export

• meta data that has been added by the user within immich are basically not "exportable".
• the download function of the webui only downloads the original file but no sidecar files nor does it update the exif data of the image.
  Consequence: All the work a user as put in to update meta data within immich is lost if he wants to a different tool.
