[Feature] photo dating/estimating tool

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

This request is for a feature that can guess the date (year) of a photo and populate a metadata field with that year.

I have a lot of assets that are scanned with no correct metadata. It would be great to be able to at the very least have this feature 'guess' the year.

After a quick search I found a similar tool
