[Feature] share face metadata between users

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

A lot of work goes into tag photos with relevant metadata. Particularly facial recognition goes a long way to help but be great to share that face recognition metadata between users. For instance User A and User B have have Person C in common. The idea is to de-duplicate work and make the facial recognition more robust for both users. There could be a simple recommendation engine based on the person's name allowing the user to compare faces and merge.

• There's an open agreement sharing all individuals. They would just appear under the explore UI
• Explicitly share individual people. If a new detection of a face occurs by the same name then users are offered to merge.
• Untag photos could be offered to users across accounts to tag if there's a sharing agreement. If a new name is tagged in User A and it matches another photos (no face data) in a User B account. Offer user to import face tag

Perhaps the underlying picture would have to be shared and presented to the user for review.
I think a required feature be undo merger which is currently not implemented
