[Feature] Mobile app backup enhancements

The feature

For someone with a large existing library, I’m currently having to use photosync to backup my family’s photos/videos because of duplicate issues. Would be great to add some (hopefully minor) features to the mobile app:

1. Check for duplicates in external libraries. Currently the duplicate check only checks internal libraries. Most of my photos were added by adding an external library rather than importing, meaning that backup will try to backup most of the same media that already exists in an external library.
2. Set a start date or date range for backups. E.g. tell immich not to attempt to backup any media with a created date before x date.
3. Album creation. I may have missed this if it already exits, but automatically read Albums, then create those in Immich and add the relevant media to them.
