[Feature] Private albums

The feature

I have reviewed the instructions for #4889

I expect to be able to provide a password for the album or move the album to a private folder, for example:

--- Lock Folder
|---- My Private album 1
|---- My Private album 2

After moving to the locked folder, the photos cannot be searched and will not be displayed on the homepage.
