[Feature] Admin and/or user area: display failed files

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I threw my whole photo library at immich as external libraries (readyonly mount for now). Over the years there have been for sure accumulated broken files so I expect those processing errors to be valid.

It would be great if there's a section in the admin/user panel for a list of failed files with a short reason, so they can be verified and sorted out manually. Right now I have to dig through the logs...

Other synchronisation tools offer as well such a list
