[Feature] Only sync on specific Wifi Network

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Would it be possible to add a feature in the mobile client to automatically backup when the phone is connected to a specific Wifi network (only when connected to my home wifi because i don t want to expose immich to the internet)
