[Feature] Filesize threshold in background upload

Hi,

I am using the iOS app with background sync to automatically push my photos fro my gallery to Immich. My main and usual strategy is "push everything as soon as possible", because one of the main reason I'm using Immich is to have a backup of all photos in case something bad happens with my mobile device (failure, stolen, broken, etc.).

However, I recently took a couple of 4K / 60fps videos while on a trip resulting in a few 500MB-1GB files, totalling about 10GB. Being on a trip meant having no reliable Wifi connection to send the files, and sending as much data over 5G is not reasonable.

The sync then got stuck trying again and again to push these large files, with only two options: either make it succeed or have the whole sync blocked for the rest of the smaller (e.g. single photos) files.

What about adding some file size thresholding option in the automatic backup sync? Only files smaller than this file size would get sent in the background, and any file larger than this would trigger a notification to reminds the user about handling the upload manually ASAP.

This would also be really useful for those of us using cloudflare tunnels to expose the immich server to the outside world. The 100 MB limit seems like a soft limit (I've seen videos ~ 150-300 MB get through), but there does seem to be a hard 500 MB limit. Are there many videos that fail this? Not really. But it would be great if at the very least the uploader sorted by file size (smallest first).
