[Feature] Add filter "Not in any automatically generated album"

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

One can filter by "not in any album". However, when using the mobile backup feature, it automatically creates albums like "Camera". So this filter is not very useful in finding photos that have not yet been categorized.

Immich doesn't have a (serverside) concept of an "automatically generated album", any syncing like this happens clientside. #12258 should cover your need.
