[Feature] Official phone name to internal device model name mapping

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Would like to see adding the real names of phones tied to their internal manufacturer models. Samsung is probably the biggest culprit here. (They have gotten better in recent models) For example, in Immich, the EXIF data for the camera model 'SM-F926U1' is displayed, but it's more commonly known as the Samsung Fold3. Or a more recent model, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro shows up as Nothing A059P.

This would probably require a lengthy conversion table that we will all contribute to. But I'm willing to add as many as I have and eventually we'll get most.

If there is an existing database that is easily available we can reconsider, but we have no interest in maintaining this mapping inside Immich.
