[Feature] Extend search bar to search by approximate location

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have photos that I took with the Family in Coney Island (Brooklyn, NY)
When I search for in the location pulldown for Brooklyn NY, I can find the photos.
However, when I enter "coney island" in the search bar, the photo is not found.

Search bar has "Context: my search term" Apparently the context doesn't include location?
I would say that it should be included.

I've checked the location on the map in the photo, and it definitely includes "coney island" there.
Also, Apple Photos can find the same photo by searching "coney island"

Flickr, Google Photos and Apple Photos have this functionality.

Hmm... I don't see it as a duplicate. I have looked at the other issue before posting.
The other issue talks about searching by tags, camera types, etc.
The other issue is more of an "advanced search". This is about including an approximate location into the search. IMHO different things.
