[Feature] Add/remove tags in tag view

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing a given tag, for example "space", it would be useful to be able to select photos within that view and add additional tags (for any selected item that does not already have that tag). With multi-select it would also be useful to remove a given tag(s) from all selected images that may have it.

Reason being, you may be viewing "space" photos and select those of the moon and wish to add an additional "space/moon" tag. Or remove a set of images you mistakenly added to the "space" tag.

The Album view allows adding tags to multiple selections, but would also benefit from a remove tag(s) option.

After further playing around with the UI, I notice that if you search for a tag(s) you can select and add additional tags there which is a sufficient workaround until #15022 is complete. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to remove tags from that view.
