[Feature] AI quality assessment

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

We all take too many photos and we do not have time (at least I don't) to go through my library and delete low quality pictures. A little blurry, too dark, too bright, wrong framing, etc.

Using a model trained on image quality would allow setting a quality rating of your photos (a quick scan showed the following repo: https://github.com/EranPer/best_photo_selection as an idea). The quality rating can be used for the following:

1. Filter your library (only show photos of quality 7/10 or better).
2. Use this to create memories (current memories often random photos I think)
3. Stack very similar photos and show the best on top
4. Use this to remove very bad photos (quality 2/10 or worse can be removed)
5. Use this to decide which photo to keep on similar duplicates (keep the best only)

and maybe others.
