[Feature] Add menu option to "Refresh faces" when (multi-) selecting from timeline / other views

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing a picture the "..." menu contains the option to refresh the faces as well as refreshing metadata and thumbnails. The latter two are available on selecting one or several assets from the timeline. To be on par, this option should be available there as well (it would allow me to select a bunch of assets to refresh the faces for).
