Enhancement: Support for importing people tags from Adobe Lightroom

Enhancement: Support for importing people tags from Adobe Lightroom

Description:
Currently, Immich does not appear to import people tags that are embedded in image metadata by Adobe Lightroom (such as XMP or other sidecar formats). These tags are often used to identify and organize images by person and are a critical part of many photographers’ workflows.

Suggested Enhancement:
Add support for importing people tags created in Adobe Lightroom. These tags could either be mapped to Immich's existing people system or be available as searchable/taggable metadata in the application.

Benefits:

• Enables smoother migration from Lightroom or integration in hybrid workflows
• Improves person-based search and organization within Immich
• Adds value for users who have already invested time in tagging their photo libraries

Additional Notes:
Lightroom typically stores people tags in XMP metadata fields such as lr:person or as hierarchical keywords. It would be helpful to parse these and associate them with detected or created persons in Immich.

Immich only supports "description" - which translates to Caption.
I would also like to add Title metadata in addition to description.
This way Immich will be "on par" with Apple Photos in terms of metadata support.
