[Feature] Option to exclude specific folders from the main timeline view

The feature

Summary:
It would be very helpful to have an option to exclude specific folders (e.g. the "Screenshots" folder from Android) from the main timeline ("Library" or home feed), while still uploading and organizing them as albums.

Use Case:
Many users upload multiple folders from their phone to Immich (e.g. Camera, WhatsApp Images, Downloads, Screenshots). Some folders like "Screenshots" contain useful reference images or temporary content that should be backed up, but are not meaningful for the main photo library timeline.

Currently, all uploaded media — regardless of folder or album — shows up in the main timeline view, which can clutter the experience.

Proposed Solution:
Add a setting (per folder or per album) to mark content as:

• "Exclude from timeline"
• or "Only visible in album"

This would allow users to:

• Keep automatic uploads active
• Maintain albums per folder
• Prevent screenshots or memes from mixing into their main photo library

Possible Implementation Ideas:

• A toggle in album/folder settings: Hide from timeline
• A tag or flag on image level
• Automatically detect folders like "Screenshots" or allow custom rules

Workarounds Tried:

• Manually marking screenshots as "hidden" (cumbersome)
• Uploading with a separate user (too complex)
• Disabling auto-upload for screenshots (not ideal)

Why this matters:
This feature would improve usability, especially for users with large or multi-source libraries, and helps separate "reference images" from real photo memories.
