[Feature] Allow users to choose which external libraries are shown or active

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be great to have the ability to select which external libraries are visible or active per user.

Feature request:

• When a user has access to multiple external libraries, they should be able to:
  • Select which libraries are shown or hidden
  • Set a default library for viewing and uploads
  • Easily switch between libraries in the mobile app (like a dropdown or toggle)

Motivation:

• This would make Immich much more user-friendly for people who:
  • Separate content (e.g., personal vs. professional libraries)
  • Share devices or accounts
  • Have multiple import sources but only want to see one library at a time
• The current solution (logging out or using the web UI) is not ideal on mobile

Optional:

• Allow per-library upload settings in the mobile app (e.g. auto-upload only to a specific external library)
