[Feature] Ability to clean/delete assets in the database adhoc or sooner than 30 days

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

As someone using external libraries and doing lots of cleanup to my library, having the ability to have the database clean up these orphaned items sooner than 30 days is extremely appealing. Could the immich team give us the ability to either

• Run manually (maybe via a job, or even a script if it had to be)
• Set this amount of time to be something smaller, say 1 day?
