[Feature] Selectable base url of share link

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When I want to create a share link of some photos, the created URL will be started with current server address. However, if I set up automatic URL switching, after I go home and connect to the Wi-Fi, my current server address would become private IP address, and the created link cannot be shared with my friends without manual modification.

I would suggest there be a dropdown table in the panel of creating share link, letting the user to select which server address would be used in the share link if they have more than one server addresses.

Thanks for the folks on Discore server for clarfying. The share link's base domain will be the value in this settings.

If the settings' value is blank, then it will be the current server address. So set the external domain in my case solves the issue.
