[Feature] Rule/filter based dynamic albums

The feature

Hi everyone,

I have 2 albums on my immich server where I share pictures with a defined group of people:

1. Family album with my wife and son
2. Friends album with a selection of 5 friends.

Issue:
At the moment I have to add new images manually to those albums each time I want to share them.
However most of the images I want to share usually show one or more of the people in question on it.

Solution:
Hence the following user journey would be a great feature:

1. Create a new album.
2. Add newly processed pictures automatically based on a predefined filter rule.
3. Proposed rule: Add new pictures where either my wife of my son is detected by the face recognition....
