[Feature] OAuth: Update email/name on login, disable changing info by users

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

1. When a user logs in using oauth, update their name and email from oauth user info
2. Prevent users from changing their name/email in immich. This should apply to only oauth users if updating them from oauth is enabled.
3. Hide password change dialog from user settings if the user has no password set
