I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.
The bug
I have a number of photos taken offshore on various boating/diving holidays. Frequently these images appear in searches for "Unknown Country", making it difficult to actually find images with no Location data.
I'm not sure how the Country is calculated in Immich, but from my experience it looks like it is land-based geofencing only. I have a photo in particular which is taken roughly 1.2km off the shore of Koh Rong islang in Cambodia. Don't mind sharing the photo if it helps, as it's a picture of cooked fish on a plate (no identifying information).
Can the Country calculation be expanded in any way to include maritime borders? I realise this may run into contentious issues in some disputed boundaries, but for the vast majority of the globe, we could improve country calculation by including national waters.
