Tag Explorer: No Image Selection Options

The bug

When using the tag explorer to view pictures with certain tags, images show up in the same format as in the timeline or albums. However, in the tag explorer specifically, when selecting images, there are no associated actions that can be performed with image selections...

I can select images just like usual, but no options show up for me to do anything with those images. I can't download, delete, remove tag, nothing... I am expecting this to behave exactly like in the timeline or in albums, with possibly the additional option of removing the tag that I'm currently "exploring" from the selected pictures.

Reproduction steps

Create a tag and assign it to a picture. Go to the tag explorer and select that tag. Select the image.
