[Feature] Show all local folders, also Not backuped / synced ones

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In Google photos (or similar gallery Apps) you can browse all folders like Screenshots, WhatsApp, ....

It would be nice to just have a single gallery app (immich of course :-), so to get the WAF high this feature is needed.
