[Feature] Support backup raw in raw+jpeg format from Apple Photos

The feature

Currently, immich only uploads the jpeg part from raw+jpeg asset, which has low image quality and missing more details. I found you guys may use https://developer.apple.com/documentation/photos/phimagerequestoptionsversion this option to specify the image version, I really appreciate your works, that would be much perfect if this feature is included. Thanks.
