[Feature] Combine people names with AI search

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Add the people tags to the AI model input, so that queries like "christ on a bike" can be found if christ is a named person in your photos and can be distinguished from "pete on a bike". This would allow a very natural way of searching.

Right now searching for "person A on a horse" returns a mix of all people on (or with) a horse. I know that I can limit this by also searching for the person at the same time, but the results are not the same and the experiance would be much smoother if I could just ask for all pictures of "jane playing soccer".
