[Help] Tag all assets scanned from an external library

I want a mechanism that helps me add a tag uncompressed to every asset coming from an external library. I have a background script that scans the library for all assets tagged as uncompressed then compress and tag them as compressed.
I need this since there is currently no API endpoint to search for assets with 0 tags.
