[Feature] tag a photo or video for some occasion

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

For example when you take a bunch of pictures and videos in some occasion, it would be nice to tag these images into one group. And later on, you could find and download all the photos and videos that are in connection with the tag.

I don't understand, what's the feature request? Just make the tag then tag the assets?

For example, when you are moveing around the town somewhere (different time when you where here last time - the tag) and you could find these images later more easier.
And then later (years later) you could search for the tag and find all the photos and videos that are related to the tag.
(You have been in this town many times, but all the images you get are from the different occations)

I personally use immich in a way, that every time media has been uploaded into the server, I will go through all the files.
And that same time I could mark a tag for the files. These images and videos goes under this tag and I should easylly find the media that I was lookinig for. That is what I mean.
