[Feature] Fix timestamp from person age estimation

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Given an image with

• One specific person in it
• Wrong timestamp

I have the following suggestion to fix the timestamp:

1. Make sure the person is correctly recognized on multiple images.
2. Assign date of birth to person.
3. Stage 1: If Timestamp < Date of birth -> Inform the user.
4. Stage 2: Estimate person age with e.g. SSR-Net. Inform the user of the assumed correct timestamp = person age - date or automatically change the timestamp.
