[Feature] Queue several single photo uploads via cloud symbol for processing (instead of waiting until first photo upload is finished)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

We set-up an photo album with pictures from our children, to share with the family. Therefore I don't want to upload every picture from the phone, just selected ones. And of course, when we shoot new pictures, we go through them some days later and see which one we want to upload.

So how is the procedure?
I open the immich app and have all my local files from the camera in the "Photos" section (or in "Library" - doesn't matter)
I open the first picture and check if I want to upload this. If yes, I use the "cloud" symbol to upload the photo.
Then I swipe to the next picture and check again, if I want to upload via "cloud" symbol or not.

To summarize: I swipe through the pictures (picture by picture) and use the cloud symbol to upload.

The problem
While the first picture is still in upload, I get an "Upload is still in progress. Please try after some time" message for the second picture. So this means I need to wait some seconds (~5 sec) until the first pictures upload is finished and then I can click the cloud symbol again and upload the second picture. Then wait and upload the third.

This gets really annoying and is one reason why I can't use immich right now.

Because I want to check every picture in full screen mode, if the picture quality is good, the picture itself is good, etc. I can't use the bulk upload of several picture. And of course I don't want to upload every picture.

The feature request
Is it possible to queue the picture uploads and upload them in the background?
So I click on the "cloud" symbol, the immich app queues the upload, then I go to the next picture and click on the cloud symbol and the immich app adds the second picture to the queue. And in the background the queue gets uploaded automatically.
Like all the other photo apps (Google, Ente, etc.) are doing it.
