[Feature] Optionally also use date from filenames when uploading

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I think it's not a duplicate, but this one has been bugging me for a while now.
Family usually send me HD pictures via WhatsApp, I dislike their use of it, but that's outside of any scope.

At the moment, they contain no EXIF data at all, so they're added with the current date / time of upload.
However, there is some minimal data present.

Would it be possible for the server to start taking this into account as well? - That way, modifying the timeline is not needed.
