[Feature] See what files aren't backed up to Immich instance

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

So in the backup page, I would be able to see how many files aren't backed up. However, I don't have a good idea of what hasn't been backed up. I suggest that the Remainder section be interactable and open up into a separate page where it shows a list of non-backed-up files that would show a thumbnail, filename, file size, and modification (or creation) date,
