[Feature] Audio files

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

My extended family is all on my Immich instance, where we've shared many memories of recently-lost family members. Some of those memories are audio-only, such as musical or voice recordings. Additionally, I use a voice recording app on my phone to capture some family moments.

I have encoded my own files as a "black" video to get them into Immich and share with others, but that's beyond the technical reach of most family members. It would also be ideal to have Immich automatically upload these from my phone as it does with images.

I'm not trying to turn Immich into an mp3 player. But I suggest the following:

v1:

• Support uploading audio files.
• v1 could simply offer no transcoding. (Files must be in a streamable format.)
• Represent these with a generic "speaker" icon in the gallery.
• Playback is just the standard progress bar - no visuals.
• Allow manually marking People for the file.

v2:

• Offer transcoding, but with a separate toggle / filter for "audio only" uploads since you don't want to re-encode something that's already heavily compressed. (Example: ideally you'd transcode a .wav file but not a 96kbps mp3.)
• Viewing an audio-only upload would show a nice waveform and cursor.
