[Feature] Hierarchical Folders Support

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would appreciate a mode for the "Folders" view where I could have an option to view all the photos within all subfolders within a folder in one view, similar to how hierarchical tags work.

I have an external library folder structure like:

Family/2025/Birthday
            Christmas
       2024/Birthday
            Thanksgiving
Friends/2025/Party
        2024/Camping
             Bob's Birthday

I want to be able to go to the Family folder, and see everything in Family (including Birthday, Christmas, etc). I also want to be able to go to Family/2025 and see everything Family/2025 (including Birthday & Christmas).

This would not be in albums, this would stay in Folders. Nested albums may be sufficient, but would somehow require synchronizing the folders with the albums. I also would think that effort probably requires significantly more work.
